I can see an extremely powerful heartbeat pulse just under my sternum

I am 14 and quite thin. I can see my heartbeat on the left side of my neck very quickly and i can see an extremely powerful heartbeat just under my sternum. My chest and stomach move up and down very clearly. Btw i haven't got anxiety.
