I recently got a cold. It started with some discomfort in my throat on March 2. Then I thought it went away in 2 days. But then I started to have major sinus issues almost like I had a sinus infection. Then on the 10th I was having trouble breathing and was worried mucus was building up in my lungs as well as my throats started to act up again. I drank tons of hot tea to help and I started taking mucinex because the Vicks cold & flu medicine wasn't doing much. I now feel better. My sinuses aren't as bad and my voice is coming back to normal. But the pressure in my chest is still there? It's nothing sharp or incredibly painful or uncomfortable. It's just this slight pressure/tightness? I thought maybe it was my lungs but I looked up a organ chart and realized the exact area where I'm feeling this pressure is my heart. I'm wondering if it's because I haven't been doing much of anything due to being sick? Because I already don't do enough walking/cardio exercises as is? I am 21, tall/skinny, and female though. So I don't know exactly what he problem could possibly be. I'm unable to schedule a doctors appointment because they are closed and I would most likely have to wait a while just to get in unfortunately.. in the mean time, do any of you have a clue as to what could be going on?
