about the last 6 months i have had daily recurring heat flashes through out t my body with a quickly forming flush marks on the front of my neck lasting around 30 seconds to a minute (the heat anyway).   I feel a overpowering urge to cry and have no temper control lasting for about a minutes or so....Almost forgot...I noticed as I start to dose off to sleep my heart starts to beat rapidly then the heat flashes ...   I have been to my doctor 2 in the last 6 months for BLOOD WORK...I AM NOT GOING THRU THE CHANGE!! ----THATS WHAT THE BLOOD WORK SAYS....  MY HEART RATE HAS BEEN UP TO 130 WHILE LAYING IN BED WITH A LOW BLOOD PRESSURE READING OF 90/65 AT THE SAME TIME...  I KNOW MY HEART HAS BEAT FASTER THEN THIS BECAUSE SOMETIMES IT FEELS LIKE IT GOING TO BUST THRU MY CHEST. I AM 49 AND 5'5  134 PDS NON DRINKER AND NON SMOKER AND NON DRUG USER..  I HAVE QUIT DRINKING COKES AND HAVE BEEN DRINKING LOTS OF WATER WITH LEMON. (3 MONTHS)..ITS THE ONLY DRINK THAT SEEMS TO COOL ME DOWN....
