I dont know if it is a hemorrhoid or not, but it feels itchy and painful at times (slightly) My mom had her hemorrhoid removed, so she's letting me use her anti-hemmorhoidal cream, it does some effects on the lump, making it not as painful and not as itchy... as written above, i see some blood...
