there is a long hard lump inside my rectum it goes along the tract of my penis and does not bleed but does seem to be causing some obstruction, very little pain, but a large very hard swelling. stomach problems for several months, constipation on and off

please help, what could this be

Sounds like an internal Hemorrhoid, but you should schedule a doctor visit and have it diagnosed. If you have been constipated then because of the pushing and straining, it could have caused a hemorrhoid to form. I would read the forum a bit on what life styles changes need to be made and try some natural med's. They work for some people but not everyone. Also if it is an internal hemorrhoid, luckily it can be banded off which is a simple procedure. I would start taking meds that support healthy strong veins for now on.
