ext. hemmies swell after 30 minutes of standing or walking, daily.

so in the last few weeks, or even months, i have 2 external hemmies that swell up after standing or walking for as little as 15 minutes, but on average 30-60 minutes.  when i'm at home I quickly apply some cold witch hazel on a cotton ball and put some ice over that and in 15 minutes they go back...
