had surgery about 8 months ago, all good. But still very sensitive, that area, sometimes, i get so irritated, that i have to use epsom salt and hot water, to heel irritation. is this normal. I though i was over, with epsom salt???

I had bad hems. Both internal and external. Had them for 5-6 years. You know how it goes... you learn how to live with them. I kept them in check by taking natural supplements (rutin, horse chestnut, apple cider vinegar, etc). It seemed to work for a while. Back in October, they were not happy....

Had a hemorrhoid removal ab ok ut 2 weeks agk and it constantly feels like I have to poop but when I get to the toilet nothing happens. Its just hurts a lot. What can I do to get this to pass without straining.

Omg lidocaine 5% to numb ur pain!!! Reduce ur pain to speed up ur healing. They sell recticare at Walgreen or riteaid for about $30.
