I was in a bad car accident two days ago. I was wearing my seatbelt and was in the back seat. My seatbelt broke and threw me all over the back seat. The impact was so hard and is the worst accident I've been in. When we hit the power pole I was thrown into the front seat and then thrown backwards....

burning sensation in probable broken toe/foot

I fell off a bottom step and felt a "pop". Now I have brusing and swelling and I can't move my right big toe upwards. Does this sound like a break or a severe sprain?
