baseball testicle injury

took a baseball to the testicle and now have a lump on right testicle and is painful. i went to doc and had a ultra sound and appointment to see doc next week about results. i have had prostate removed due to cancer 2 1/2 yrs ago. just wondering if anyone has had similiar injury
