I burnt the inside of my throat

It happend about 30 minutes ago....it feels abit uncomfortable is there anything i can do ..will it get worse...? its not the back of my throat either..its the front side.....it happend while i was eating something hot! someone clarify some things for me ? burnt_throat

Navicular fracture, I am still unable to walk normally and without a stick 6 months after surgery

I had surgery October 2013. I was in a cast until February 2014. I am still unable to walk normally and without a stick and still in pain.my ankle is stiff.my tendons stiff. I have physio once a week but not helping.i am 63 year old female. Fit and healthy. any suggestions?
