Navicular fracture, I am still unable to walk normally and without a stick 6 months after surgery

I had surgery October 2013. I was in a cast until February 2014. I am still unable to walk normally and without a stick and still in pain.my ankle is stiff.my tendons stiff. I have physio once a week but not helping.i am 63 year old female. Fit and healthy. any suggestions?
