Hello, I am a girl who is 17 years old. My grandma fell and injured her back. I would like to know how dangerous this can be. Thank you in advance for every response but I really need an answer fast. I know that her bones aren't young so probably this can be dangerous. Or am I wrong?

lump on head painful

I went to the pub yesterday night and got hit over the head with a beer bottle by a my girlfriend's ex, who is a lot taller than me. It's painful and it was bleeding yesterday. Now it looks all red and nasty. Is there anything you recommend I do to make the swelling go away? Could it be infected?
