Pain in chest after fall

I tripped stepping up to sidewalk and fell flat onto sidewalk. I landed flat on my left side breast/chest. I am quite a heavy woman so lots of force. my chest is very sore, and it's very painful to take a deep breath. I am wondering if I should see a doctor.

I sprained my ankle and now when I cross my right leg over my left, my right foot turns purple

I (42F) severely sprained my (right) ankle a year ago. Since then, when I cross my right leg over my left, my right foot turns purple. I'm pretty sure I have nerve damage from the sprain, could the purple food/bad circulation be related to the sprain?
