bee sting remedies?

Hi, great answers about bee stings. My problem is just the itching. The only time the sting hurts is right when the bee stings me. Then no more pain, but, the area around the sting, about a 5" x 5" turns dark red and itches insanely...for days,sometimes turning dark blue. I got stung yesterday...

I have a lump on inner left thigh

lump on inner left thigh. It doesn't seem to want to go away no discolor just hurts to tough no boil. Have high cholesterol and high blood pressure Is this serious or will it go away on it's owne. Could it be a spider bite?

chikungunya virus (CHIKV) associated with large-scale epidemics

We have just returned from Thailand and it looks like we barely escaped a large-scale epidemics. It was associated with a chikungynya virus (CHIKV) but it seems like it is nothing that much dangerous. Is there a vaccine for it? I would like to know that in case we go to South Asia or Africa again.

assassin bug and chagas disease

I have been reading up all about Chagas disease and the assassin bug. I have heard that there are sprays around that are supposed to keep the bug away from you, like mosquito sprays, but I have also heard that these are not completely effective. Then how can a person keep away from the assassin bug?
