Back in March and April 2012 I had brown mucus anus discharge. it went away and has returned in June 2014. It is far worse now and frequent. I get it every few days mostly. It is golden colour mostly and sometimes brown. I feel sore when I have BM like there's always more to do or just sharp pain...

diarrhea due to whey protein shakes......

i have tried using whey protein a few times , but ended up with severe diarrhea after i consumed it for two to three days. I would like to know wether it is normal to have such a reaction with whey protein shakes and have others experienced the same as well?
