feels like I need a bowel movement all the time or feels like lots of gas

Al during the day I feel as if I have to go to the bathroom and have abowel movement or like there is a lot of gas build up or like belly cramps but mild. Any suggestions.

I was told I have IBS but I never have any serious abdominal pain. It is just about occasional cramps and discomfort but only when I drink milk and that's when I have diarrhea. How can I get rid of stomach sounds? I have had them for as long as I can remember. Everytime I eat something my stomach produces sounds. Sometimes it gets really emabarassing, because people around me think that I am starving myself. What can I do to stop my stomach from "talking"?
