I had colon resection 4 months ago and still having pain. They removed a part of my sigmoid colon

Had colon resection Jan 29. They removed over 12.5" of my sigmoid .colon. I am still having issues and pain. Cant si up for very long, cant stand or walk for very long. They dont have a clue what is causing it.
