Ileoscopy reversal question about balance problem post op

I had a reversal ileoscopy 4 months ago. Should I still be drinking a lot of water and adding salt to my diet as I was told to do following my ilioscomy? I did have C.dif following my reversal and feel my balance is not quite right. Any thoughts?
