Had black stool two months back. Controlled after medication. Had piles for long time. It occasionally appear.Now I see blood with mucus frequently.No medication has ben taken for that. Please advise.

You need to see a doctor to figure out if the bleeding is because of hemorrhoids or some kind of internal bleeding. You better do it as soon as possible. Mucus is normal to some extent but mucus and bleeding.....well, i don't know.
