this is very dangerous- i know someone who had this and ran to the doctor to find that they had kidney cancer-i would check it out ASAP!! he recovered because they found it early but it is not something i would mess around with

This can be very scary and can get problematic. However in most cases it is just a temporary thing that will go away after several days. But you can’t leave this to luck and your husband should run some test just to be sure that he doesn’t have anything serious. This sounds to me like hemorrhoids so ask him if he noticed any bumps around his rectal opening. Sometimes hemorrhoids can be located inside his rectal opening, but if he has constipation and pain during his bowel movements he can feel them. They are treated with sitz baths if the case is not sever, but in many cases they need surgery.
