34 weeks pregnant and stopping labor with shots

what can i expect natural progression of hydronephosis due to pelvic uteric junction obstruction to be? I am 28 yr and can not lie on my affected side due to pain and feel sick with burning relieved by gaviscon.Is this connected.I do not feel well enough to go out.I feel sick if I exercise.
