i have had these for about 6 months now i wasnt worried because the one in my neck which was there for about 3 months went down even though it was alot bigger than a pea size more like a 10pence piece and so are some of them on my head could you please diagnose

I have now had swollen glands, sore throat, cough and heavy cold for over 5 weeks, I am on my 4th course of anti biotics from the doc, which doesn't seem to be shifting it, It cant be glandular fever as I've already had that so the doc sent me for blood tests and throat swab why?
