I'm almost 16 and haven't produced sperm ever.I have a bit of a moustache and some hair on my chin,lots of pubic hair and leg hair.I'm guessing it means my balls aren't producted

I'm almost 18, I ejactulate around 2 times a week, I have pubic hair, not a lot of armpit hair though, hardly an facial hair. My penis is 2 inches flaccid, an 5 inches erect, I'm 6'0 an 340 pounds, mostly muscel. Have I fully developed?
