All posts I've read only refer to females and getting UTI's and I've seen no message about men getting them.

I recently found that my SO of 24 years had a secret life with a perverted male and was introduced to fisting as well as receiving enemas.

He is now having bowel issues plus UTI infections. He was given meds, it goes away and returns every 4 or so months.

Should he see a different doctor and no meds or continue to take as needed
