Sharp pain to the frenulum

My boyfriend and i were having sex until he experienced a sharp pain to his fenulum, this is the first time he has experienced this pain and doenst know why. There were no obvious signs of showing any pain. Can you tell me why he experienced this sharp pain and what does it mean?

pulling back from skin caused my inner foreskin to rip for sulcus, half of it already ripped and the other half isnt, is this normal? just a small piece ripped off right now, small blood cleaned off nothing big i think, is this normal for it to rip away or somehting 15 male thanks
