hi, i have a birthmark on the left, so the 2 ballls are kinda on the right, it sounds weird i know, but hey thats my life!
so the birthmark on the left is just a little bit sore, havent knocked it and havent had sex for a couple of months, 3 or 4 months atleast. When i go to the toilet, no pain, penis is perfectly normal. right side of testicals is normal aswell, no pain.
When i ice the left, it makes it feel better, pain goes away for a while and its fine, comes back within an hour though, but it is not terrible pain!
So I am only young and i dont knwo what this means, can anyone please help? Could it only just be growing pains?

you should see a doc sooner than later. This can be a serious issue. some birthmarks turn into hemangiomas (not sure of the spelling) a friend of mine had a birthmark that started to hurt. She went to the doc and it is a hemangioma. Also could be something else like infection or even testicular cancer....I'm not a doc, but when it involves your private parts, I would say that not getting it checked out would be insane!
