I am 36 & always in good health...I am a tile & stone installer & this past monday, I was tiling a shower on one knee, I turned right & got down on both knees & the next thing I know, I am on the floor stretching out like I got a charlie horse / bee sting in the right nut. obviously, The right ball somehow got it's self above the frank & got squished in the leg & hip crease. It has not swollen but has been sore to the touch, I mean even a small touch! Anyway it's now friday & pain is all the way to lower back/kidney....what could I have damaged? Also I felt a small diameter hard lump on the same testicle. I kind of moves slightly when pushed on, I cannot tell if it hurts to push because the whole damn ball hurts...what do you think? Maybe pain will go away? It's the worst nagging slow pain ever.
