hi doctor..i m really worrid about and issue plz answer me.3 years back my husband had an hernia operation after that his left testis is swollen nd enlarge whereas right testis is of normal size but difference is felt between them..but therez no pain neither it feels him uncomfortable but v r worried that does this enlarge testis effects sperm quality or n e case of infertility bcz v r planning a baby but v r not successful yet although 9 months have passed in r marriage..plz plz reply me soon..plz also refer me some tests to check out male fertility.thanx

The two are unrelated in most cases. I had a similar hernia...except the size difference was MASSIVE. One was really bad. After the surgery everything is ok, and we had our first baby about a year ago.
