I have pulled muscle on my left leg. What can I do to make it heal faster? I am in pain for a week. I have troubles going into school and I can’t exercise. Any tips would be great!

Does stretching maximizes our strength

I am fan of exercising but never manage to find extra time to keep on going with it so I am curious does stretching also maximizes our strength? And would it be enough for me to do some stretching during the day just to keep in good physical shape and to stay in good condition?
