i am 18 and really need help! i love being active and i workout a lot! 3 days a week i run for 45 minutes, tone for 1 and a half hours and do an hour or airobic winsor pilates, then on the other days i hike or swim plus my toning and pilates. so obviously i work out pretty hard. also i eat on'y healthy foods, i mean there are the occational treat but hardly! when i started this routine everything was going great i was loosing weight and feeling great with tons of energy. although i am on brith control and yasmin (or so i thought) was starting to make my ankels, hands and feet swell. so then in january i switched to ortho and ever sense then things have gone completly down hill. i am still doing my workout and eating right but now i wont stop gaining weight, i am soooo low on energy and feel like i could sleep for days. also the swelling has gotten way worse. i feel tight and heavy all over, my hands and feet always swell now and even my stomach is extremely swelling. now i do take a lot of energy supplemts and coffe to keep me going also i do drink a lot at times and whenever i drink the swelling gets worse. And another werid symptom that has come up is i get real itchy all over out of no where. i have never been like this before so i do not know what is cauesing it but i just want my energy and body back! please i need some advice! you can also e-mail me at ***** thank you sooo much!
