Hi! I have been affected by extreme muscle pain over the last week! It must be my new exercise regime. Muscle pain is not normally something that bothers me because it gives you a feeling of satisfaction - a feeling that you have achieved something. But this muscle pain is over the top! I need it to go away! Are there herbs to relieve muscle pain?

I think that you should rub tiger balm into the areas that are particularly affected by your muscle pain. Better still, get someone else to massage it into the skin really well. The tiger balm and massage combined should feel wonderful and hopefully relieve your muscle pain. I hope you feel better soon!
