I take methadone and i had a urine test but the test showed that there was morphine in it. How is this possible? My doctor wont call or talk to me.I would like an answer as to how this can happen but no one will get back to me.

I have been going through a rapid methadone detox- from 140 mg to (yesturday) 10 mg today was supposed to be 5 but this guy gave me twenty for me to wean myself down slower (tomorrow is my last 5 mg dose at the clinic). i said fuck that, my addict self just drank it. t was about 20 mg. i believe....

I was just released out of a detox center that i was in for a week to try to get off methadone. IF YOU GET VERY SICK IT CAN BE FATAL!! So be SURE to get proper help. MY doc. told me it could take up to 2-3 months to get the withdrawls to go away. I don't sleep for days at a time , even on sleep...
