Weight gain and methadone. What is the way to not gain weight while using methadone?

finally down to a quarter of a mg. each day gets better and better..seem to feel like crap after drinking coffee and taking my little square of sub but then i get to work, which is very physcial and i feel so much better, sleep so much better etc..i force myself to eat, doing better with that....
