Burning hands with gastrointestinal issues

The other night,  I started sweating profusely, my vision blurred, I started seeing spots, and my hands burned very badly and were shaky.  I ended up becoming violently ill for the next 4 hours.  Started up again tonight.  Everything except for the burning palms sounds like food poisoning....

facial spasms only on my right side

Im a 31 female and have been having facial spasms from my temple to my jaw and efects my mouth for over a month now with no relief from anything i have tried or pain meds from dr. It has been waking me many times every night. I dont drink soda or coffie and havent had any reason to be stressed....
