Hello, all. Hope you can help me with something. I got these weird and disturbing symptoms for some time now.
My feet are red and hot like I was running a marathon. I'm suffering from anxiety, but I don't think that's causing my problem.
I went into ER and they did full blood work on me. My doctor said me that he ruled out autoimmune disease, but he's uncertain what can be the cause of these symptoms. Forgot to mention, I'm also having a muscle aches. I would wager on allergies, but don't know anything until test are done, but I'm tired of waiting.
Is there anyone with similar problems on this forum? Is there any ointment, lotion, cream etc. that I can put on my feet to take this redness away.

Sounds like you are having an issue called erythromelagia or Mitchell's disease. It affects blood vessels and it's manifested with red limbs due to engorgement of blood. That condition is very rare so you need to suggest to your doctor to do necessary testing, because many of them overlook this disease during diagnosing.
But, I cannot rule out allergies. Get yourself tested as soon as possible so that you can be treated with antihistamines if allergy is behind your problem.
