Hi, I have TMJ disorder and my dentist advised me to purchase a brace. Lately, I can’t chew and swallow properly anymore and even have headaches due to jaw deformities. Is a brace efficint for TMJ and how long does it take to see some improvement?

Diazepam (Valium) for TMJ

Hi, my daughter has TMJ, I would like to help her so much. Now, I even consider leting her take sedatives to try to stop TMJ. She already has a splint but it’s not of great aide. Would diazepam (valium) bring her some relief?
