What to do with mouth sores

Hi. I have some sort of mouth sores. I can see a thick, white patch on the inside of my cheeks and on my tongue. What could be the cause of my problem? Is it AIDS?

Hello, good people. My friend has been diagnosed with endocarditis. In his case, it is caused by staphylococcus. I would like to know if this is really necessary. I know that he has been experiencing some symptoms, but is this really needed? I would really like to hear your opinion about this.

THIS BEGAN ABOUT 5 OR 6 DAYS AGO. AT FIRST IT WAS A SPOT ABOUT THE SIZE OF A NICKEL THAT FELT (WITH THE TONGUE) LIKE A BLISTER LIKE YOU GET IF YOU BURN THE ROOF OF YOUR MOUTH.
