Is my tongue piercing infected? I have a whitish yellow color on the top of my tongue

I got my tongue pierced 4 days ago I have been keeping it clean but I have a whitish yellow color on the top of my tongue and when I look at the bottom sometimes I have a slight yellowish color goop that barely comes out. Is it infected?

What is this yellow spot in front of my tongue ring?

I just re-pierced it myself 4 days ago. Just re-opened the hole that it was originally pierced through years ago. This is the second time ive reopened it but the first time I’ve seen this yellow skin. Is it scar tissue? It’s causing a lot of discomfort.

Small blister on lower inside lip sometimes hurts

Small blister on lower inside lip. Sometimes it hurts. I notice certain foods I eat brings it back. It comes & gieg. I can feel it's there. If I put pressure on it it sometimes hurts. Have no clue what it is. I've had it coming & going for about a month now.
