White painful hole at tip of tongue

I have a painful small hole at the tip of my tongue, its white inisde of it, and red bumps circling it. Its very painful. I have had it for almost a week now. Very concerned.

Ditto! It extremely painful I’m on day 3. At times the pain is so sharp it makes my eyes water!!
