I bought a cheap lipstick on wish and when I tried it on I got numb lips

I bought a cheap lipstick on wish and when I tried it on I got numb lips. I'm not sure if it's the makeup wipes or the lipstick but either way my lips feel wierd and numb now, a little itchiness round the lining. Help
