Sore under my tongue and mouth, my cheeks and bottom lip are also swollen

Over the last couple of days under my tongue has become swollen and red, my cheeks are sore and also swollen, bottom lip and throat. I have been using antiseptic mouth wash which stings when I use it but eventually numbs the effected areas for a short time, can you help me.
