I have this small bump on the right corner of my lower lip. I first got it last November and I have no clue where it came from. It lasts for about 3-4 weeks then goes away for a few months. I know it's not a pimple or blackhead, as there is absolutely no discharge. The more I squeeze it, the more swollen and sore it gets. It's also not a cold sore. It's underneath the skin and doesn't blister. It just looks like a red, swollen bump. On a pain level, it's 3/10. It's definitely concerning since it keeps coming back and I can't find anything on it.
