I bulged my L4/L5 disc in 2002 and have recently agrevated it again , now Im finding Im having a problem geting an erection . Is this because the nerves are being squashed in the spinal cord and are not allowing the blood to go where its supposed to go?

Im 18 and i am uncircumcised.. i am able to retract my foreskin to reveal the head just fine.. but it doesnt stay retracted that easily.. even if it does, the head of the penis is WAY too sensitive to touch anything. Sensitive to a point that it is extermely comfortable and closely resembles pain.....
