I have pain at the tip of my penis and it's irritated when it rubs against my clothing while walking. I saw a Urologist and he gave me medication for a fungus and antibiotics for a softened prostrate. It got somewhat better but still is very annoying when my cloths come in contact as I walk. It discoloration appears right at the hole and slightly inside. A slight burning when I urinate only at the tip.
