Iam a 28 year old guy. After having sex with my girlfriend, I started feeling a tingling feeling allover the skin of my penis. A few days later I noticed a yellow discharge coming out of my urethra. I went to my doctor who suggested that I had a UTI and then prescribed medication for me.
My GF also had meds prescribed for a week though she had no symptoms.
After taking the meds the discharge and the tingling disappeared but I began to feel like I had something biting into the left wall of my urethra just behind the opening(Sort of a dull pain punctuated by brief moments of sharp pain). I went to the doc again and he gave me more meds. The pain never really went away.
Two months later the pain finally went away but it was replaced by a tingling feeling just under the base of my penis head. As a result It always felt like something was coming out of my penis. That too went away after about a month but was replaced by what I feel now as I write this.
I feel like there is a worm wriggling along the inside of my penis just under the skin. I feel this more when I am exerting my self. One time it will be at the tip of my head then next it'll be at the base of my penis. I suspect a blocked blood vessel but cannot be sure, so will have to go see the Doc first. I also feel a warm throbbing pain in the lining of my urethra sometimes, especially when I have an erection and don't have sex, but that comes and goes. Rubbing soothes the pain.
CAN ANYBODY HELP ME WITH THIS, i AM AT MY WITS END.

did the doc give you antibiotics? i had the same symptoms with testicular pain. had an ultrasound and i had epididymitis (sp?). ran a course of antibiotics and was good to do.

Bro a very similar thing is happening me to me. Now 29, I and went through a sexual experience and got an infection and some meds and nearly 6 months later I feel that wriggly, kinda "off" sensation. I have finally been able to google it in a way I found someone who has experienced this.
