I'm seven weeks pregnant and with out thinking took some Pepto Bismol for my upset stomach. Only after did I think of it as an OTC. I've read that some Dr.'s say its okay and some say no...any opinions?

I'm seeing a pain management doctor for a car wreck injury. I just recently found out that I'm preganant. i had the shot about two weeks ago. I had know idea at the time that I was expecting. Is or what are the dangers of receiving the shot in early pregnancy?
