You may be pregnant, unusual changes in the cervix are usually early warning of pregnancy.
But, for many women, the cervix moves around alot.
It may be higher or lower during a certain time of the month and near or after your period, It may also become firmer/softer.
But if it is swollen or feels sore I suggest you see someone.

As poster above me has already said it is quite possible that you are pregnant, especially if you experience strange feeling that you haven’t experienced before. I am sure that you know what the symptoms of pregnancy are but sometimes it is possible that woman doesn’t experience any symptoms of pregnancy.
It is easy to determine should you be concerned about the pregnancy, if you had unprotected sex you should probably buy test and see what is going on. Otherwise if you suspect that something else is wrong it would be good to visit your gynecologist. It is always better to be safe than sorry and just go and check what is going on. I hope that everything is fine.
