pregnancy chance with one ovary

i had my right ovary removed about 10 years ago as it had a large cyst on in which twisted and caused internal bleeding. I am now wanting to begin trying for a baby. Was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience, or has knowledge about this? thank you!

Pain when walking because of dropped uterus

I am 22 weeks with my second child, I would like to know if it is normal to have a dropped uterus during this time of my pregnancy. I know during the third trimester the uterus does drop and cause pressure, but I want to be able to exercise and take up walking without having to feel this pressure....
