Is there a problem with having the green light surgery when you have prostatitis?

Is there a problem with having the green light surgery when you have prostatitis? Shouldn't the urologist check and/or treat you for prostatitis prior to this procedure?

Does anyone have an opinion on Holep vs Aquablation for a 150 gram prostate. Aquablation has now been done on larger prostates and perhaps less incidence of urinary incontinence and possibly less retrograde ejaculations Thank you for any input
