Don't feel attractive

I have been married for 34 yrs and I'm 200 pounds. I have lost 4 pounds so far. I feel this is why my husband doesn't want to have sex with me. I feel sometimes I just want to let my marriage go. I feel I may want to cut on my arms again too but all  I do is cry. Any suggestions ? dejolane
