Why is my stomach bloating while on the run?

I pass gas (a bunch) and the pain subsides. Any...

I just recently started running again. Anyway, I was running in some normal old tennis shoes and landing heel first. This seemed to work my upper calves, which are already pretty strong so there wasn't much strain. I bought some new running shoes the other day, which drastically influence my...

Is it common to fall often while running?

Answered by a doctor

I'm getting concerned with the amount of times I've fallen while running. I used to run about 45 miles a week and had fallen a few times a year - always tripping on something with my left foot. I just started running again, after a hip injury, and fell again yesterday. Is this common?

Running with chronic illness

Answered by a doctor

Hi everyone, new here, and hoping to get some opinions. I am planning on going to the sports medicine clinic next week, but I thought a forum of experienced runners might also have some helpful information for me. So: not knowing that I had a long-standing case of Lyme disease in high school, I...
